of our subscription services (“Services”) that provide access to various VPN applications and related

offerings. We are not a VPN application or provider; we only offer subscription plans to third-party

VPN applications.

We are not responsible for any content, data, or information you may handle through the VPN applications

you access via our subscription. Although we may perform routine data backups for our own purposes, we do not

guarantee that any information or content related to your activity will be backed up or recoverable. You are

solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you deem important.

Our Services may include links or references to other applications, websites, or services. Such links do not

imply any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the linked entity, unless

specifically stated. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the offerings of any third-parties,

nor do we warrant their services. You access and use external services at your own risk and should review

their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

In addition to any other prohibitions, you agree not to use our Services, or any VPN application

accessed through our subscription, for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or others,

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights from us or third parties to you. All rights,

titles, and interests in such property remain solely with the original owners. Our trademarks, service marks,

graphics, and logos, as well as those of third-party VPN providers, may not be used without permission.

Your use of our Services grants you no license or right to reproduce or otherwise use any protected materials.

You agree that your use of our Services is at your own risk. We provide subscriptions on an “as is”

and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant

that the Services will meet your requirements, or that any technical issues will be corrected. Any material

downloaded or otherwise obtained through our Services is done at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company, affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable

for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your

use of the Services. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to us

for the subscription in the one-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from

any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your

violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall

be enforced to the fullest extent permissible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be

governed by the laws applicable in our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree

that any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in our principal place of business, and you consent

to personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You may not assign, resell, sub-license, or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations

hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under this

Agreement at our discretion without restriction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version

in our application or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes

acceptance of the new Terms.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
